This Voice of Pentecost reminds us that the second coming of Jesus will come suddenly—like a flood or a thief in the night—catching many unprepared in the midst of daily life. Instead of living in fear or obsession, we are called to stay watchful with balanced faith: faithful in our duties, fruitful in our gifts, and steadfast in serving others, so that when He comes, we can welcome Him not with fear, but with hope and joy.
