Failure is never final when God is still writing your story. The life of Moses in Exodus 2 through 4 shows us that even the most devastating setbacks can become the very ground where God does His greatest work. Moses went from palace to fugitive, spending 40 years in the wilderness before God called him to one of the most significant assignments in human history. God met him in an ordinary moment, through a burning bush, and reminded him that the mission was never about Moses. It was about God. Whatever you are holding onto today, God may be asking you to throw it down and trust Him with it. What seems insignificant in your hands can become extraordinary in His.• Exodus 2:11–15
